Dear Families and Caregivers,

We had a few exciting field trips this week. Our students in grades 4 and 5 spent Thursday morning at the Squamish Public Works Yard. They were greeted by an amazing team that shared the inner workings of Squamish and the services that keep our town running smoothly. It was very engaging and informative and the students really enjoyed the experience. Our grade 6 students returned today from a 3 day camp adventure at Camp Summit. They were tired but the trip was a great success with many team building activities, fun games and skill building challenges.

Upcoming events and information:

May 28th – Think of Me Campaign

May 30th – Grade 6 band to Brackendale Elementary

May 31st – Open House Gallery 5:30 – 7:30

June 1st – Grade 4/5 Science Fair

Thank you to the parents who organized and participated in the Spring Fling tonight! It was awesome to see all of the students (and parents) dressed up in their rockstar gear!

Have a wonderful weekend,

Sincerely,

Mme B
