Good Afternoon Families and Caregivers,
We are beginning to see some signs of Spring! Classes are starting to plan and prepare garden projects, all students participated in a workshop presented by Michael Allen, Sea to Sky Corridor’s resident bear expert, and we’ve been able to enjoy other games and activities outside in the sun!
Our week began with a beautiful presentation by Red Sky Theatre called Mistatim. The students were captivated by the energetic and vibrant tale of friendship and trust through the taming of a wild house. Follow the link to learn more about this powerful story!
We also had the pleasure of having Dr. Kelly in several of our Primary classes this week to learn about our bodies.
This afternoon our Grades 5/6 basketball players headed to DRM for a wrap up celebration of their accomplishments. A huge thank you to Mr. Parsloe and Mr. Matheson for organizing the games!
We look forward to seeing families at our Student Led Conferences next week. Don’t forget, we have early dismissal on Wednesday, March 14th and Thursday, March 15th at 2:00 pm.
Have a wonderful weekend!
